It automatically arranges and separates blind rivets, and uses compressed air to deliver them through piping to the rivet gun nozzle, completely replacing manual rivet picking, alignment and feeding. One machine replaces 3 workers, saving enterprises over 50% in labor costs.
Unlike traditional manual riveting, BISUDI's automatic riveting machine does not rely on skilled workers - beginners can quickly get to work after simple training. The whole machine uses imported components, auto-feeds without jamming, and reaches a cycle speed of 80/min.
