BISUDI's automatic rivet nut machine uses a core dual-motor design, increasing riveting speed 3x compared with conventional equipment. Single riveting cycle is controlled within 2 seconds, nut feeding speed is 0.5~1.2 seconds, and it has a built-in reverse function that automatically reverses to retract the mandrel after riveting, for smoother operation.
The machine consists of a nut-feeding main unit and a rivet nut gun, with a standard 2-meter hose between them. It is handheld, flexible and highly versatile, suitable for various non-fixed-point work scenarios, fully upgrading the heavy, skilled-worker-dependent manual rivet nut process to automated operation.
